Handcrafted stoneware soap dish featuring a functional round design with a central drainage hole to help keep soap dry between uses. The stoneware is fired in kilns in Pune, India, and because each piece is shaped and finished by hand, subtle variations in colour and texture are part of the piece rather than a flaw.
Made exclusively for Skunk by Curators of Clay in Pune, India, a stoneware studio Skunk works with directly for its ceramics. A soap dish with real drainage extends the life of a bar of soap significantly, since sitting in standing water is one of the main reasons a bar breaks down quickly.
